By accessing InquiryDirect you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
InquiryDirect provides private villa sourcing and proposal software. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Invited hosts may submit proposals without purchasing a host subscription.
Your content and contacts
You retain ownership of contacts and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having rights to any listing media you import or publish.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape third-party platforms in violation of their terms, or use InquiryDirect to build a competing public marketplace of another advisor’s private contacts.
